What began as a family owned and operated business has expanded tremendously over the years with approximately 70 employees. The SRT businesses began with the formation of Southern Refrigerated Transportation LLC, in 1996. Southern Refrigerated took great pride in hauling a wide variety of products including frozen and dry freight to the southeast region. Southern Recovery and Towing Inc. was added in 2002. What started as a small company for light duty tows had the great fortune to grow to include heavy duty towing of all types and a maintenance & repair shop for all truck and trailer repair needs.
SRT Oil Field Service LLC, began in 2007 and much like the Towing side, it started out as a small operation. Specializing in transportation of all types of oilfield equipment, it has since grown to become the sole focus of SRT. The oil field division now includes many services ranging from equipment transportation to Electromagnetic Inspection and a pipe storage yard.
